We offer these resources to you strictly for informative purposes as they may lend valuable insight into products you are interested in and clarify any associated benefits.
Graycables.com tries its very best to post current and close representative pictures of the products it sells. Products inherently change from time to time and we at Graycables.com do our very best to update the site with current stock pictures. This is not always the case, usually due to a change in the manufacturer's production of the item. We are therefore not responsible for any graphical errors or changes made to products.
Price & Availability
Due to the fast moving nature of our industry, prices and availability are subject to change at any time and without notice. If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will do our very best to let you know and to let you know when we anticipate the product will become available. Anticipated delivery dates are of course dependent upon vendor supplies and other factors and are of course subject to change at any time.
Return Policy
Please note that all sales are final.
- Non-defective products will not be considered for return.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Graycables prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
- RMA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days only.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back.
- Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty.
- Factory sealed product in re-sellable condition may be returned at Graycables's discretion. Non-defective opened products will not be considered for return. Re-sellable products authorized for return will be credited at the current Graycables selling price less a 25% restocking fee.
- Where applicable, a fee up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing parts, documentation, and manufacturer’s box/packing.
- Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less any re-stock fee. Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return credit. Credit will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise at Graycables.
- Sale of closeout items are final. Only defective closeout items may be returned for credit as per normal Graycables policies.
- Plasma TVs are not eligible for return to Graycables.
- Most TV/Monitors 30” or larger and projection product and Samsung TV’s 14” or larger to not qualify under normal Graycables Return Policy. Contact Samsung @ 1-800-SAMSUNG for service.
- Most TV’s/Monitors 30” or larger and projection products require infield service repairs under manufacturer’s warranty. These products are not eligible for return. Please contact the appropriate manufacturer for troubleshooting repair service.
- Graycables follows all manufacturer return policies.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Please write RM number on the outside of the shipping box, NOT on the product or manufacturer packaging.
- Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty.
- Boxes MUST be packed sufficiently, meeting the shipping carrier packing specifications.
- Where applicable, a fee of up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing part, documentation, and manufacturer’s box/packing.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and double boxed with the RMA# displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back.
- Credit will be issued within 5 business days from the date of receipt to Graycables. Credit will be applied back to the original order, and under the same payment terms.
- RM numbers are valid for 30 Days. This RM number will automatically delete from our system after the 30 days.
- Please return ONLY those products AUTHORIZED for return. Credit will not be issued for incomplete returns and/or products not approved for return.
